When your profile comes out simply log out then let your friend log in using their email and password.
Also perhaps you can uncheck the 'keep me signed in' box, if there's one.

Probably your browser is set to log in to your Facebook account automatically. Click the "log out" link and then your friend will be able to log in to her Facebook account.
