Internet - December 2006

I am a carer for people with special needs and need to restrict the content that can be viewed on the internet. I would ideally like to set up two user account's in which i have done but on the guest account i would like to set up password prompts on certain levels of sites I.E. violence., nudity and language. in all i can do this but i would only like for this to happen on the guest account not the administrator account..
i hope i have explained this OK please help.

Some of my frendz say that firefox is the best browser. It also increases the surfing speed. My question is can any browser increase the internet speed? If so how!!!

Webcots.com is reporting on rumors that Asian video sharing site TumTube.com, is being sold for between $20-30 million. They also speculate that the buyer could be Yahoo.
With YouTube selling for $1.65b, TumTube.com seems like an absolute bargain. Then again, YouTube has 23 million unique visitors a month in the U.S., while TumTube.com has just 1 million. A large number of TumTube.com Visitors are from Europe and Asia. Can anyone else comment on this rumor?

Is there a website where i can watch almost new movies for free on the internet with out any long downloads.
Come n then clever lads 'n lasses know of any. i want a site wher it is not going to cost me a penny, and befor we start, i would like moves no older than 2000/ ceers, just there are too mant a****les on here. thatjust explain the obvious.
