Go up to view > toolbars > and make sure address bar is checked. If it's not, check it and it will reappear.

Click on View, toolbars and put a checkmark by Address Bar. Then at the bottom, click on Lock Toolbars. This will lock it into place.

In internet explorer-7, click view, toolbars, put a check next to menu bar, and then you can check any other toolbars that you have. Then at the bottom, check Lock the Toolbars, then nobody can change them. good luck..

hit the restore button 1 time. That should work. It's happened to me before.

in firefox: right click and then select navigation bar
in internet explorer: right click and select address bar
