IE 7 is full of problems you do not want to deal with. Most people who have used it no longer are.
Try Mozilla Firefox. It does all the same things as IE 7 is suppose to do without the hassles.
You can download Mozilla from www.cnet.com.
Also go to Google and type in 'IE7/Mozilla Firefox comparisons.'
IE 7 loses in every category.

I think that your computer doesnt meet the requirements. I would go to Microsoft and download it from there and see what requirements are needed. Be more specific next time =)
