Are there any sites with free MP3 downloads that you can access, and be able to choose whatever you can, without having to pay subscription ?
Am unable to obtain debit/credit card to carry out this !

Its really easy. You need to use BitTorrent.
Here, first of all, go to this website and download a free BitTorrent client called ABC: http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=pingpong-abc&filename=ABC-win32-v3.1.exe&use_mirror=superb-west
If the link doesn't work, go to Google and search for the keywords "ABC BitTorrent Download"
Now tha you have sucessfully downloaded and installed, ABC, its time to download some "Torrents". With torrents, you can download movies, softwares, games, books, music and everykind of file. Plus, its really safe, not like Kazaa or other P2P File Sharing programs.
Now, to search for programs and other stuff, go to a torrent website and try to find the software or movie or whatever you are looking for:

www.Demonoid.com --- I really recommend you Demonoid, its the best one and you can see what other users way about other torrents. Its the best torrent site, I believe. However, you need to register, and registration is only open on Fridays, so don't miss that, I find almost any software for Macintosh there, and for PCs there is even even even more. I downloaded Windows XP, Vista ( Beta ), Adobe full collection of softwares, Office, and all the expensive programs. Its great hope you enjoy it.
Use all of those sites to seach for downloadable games, music videos, movies, music, books, videos, software and everything... and then you will use the BitTorrent Client ABC to download them.

You may still get some music on most sites[
[lime-wire, bit-torrent etc], it is now impossible
to get new movies & even with most old movies
turn out to be dvd copies which are mostly
fussy & poor quality.
Do not pay site offering other free sites they
only give you site already known to most public,
they are a scam to rip people off.
Most free site are being brought down & will become
pay sites for the already rich people of today.

Limewire, but they are getting sued so they probably wont be free much longer. But its good for now. All these stupid greedy record companies should quit sueing people. If I buy a CD, it's MINE and I can do whatever the **** I please with it. Including give it away. It's not like Im selling it to make money on it. Limewire 4.10.9 is free! Type that in on google and follow the prompts, it's as easy as that, you don't have to give any card details at all!!!
