i kinda want one and a lot of my friends have them. i just have to discuss it with my mom. but i dont think she trusts me beucasei have a tendancy to talkto strangers [not online, in person.] just wave and say hi or 'i like ur pjs!' but i think she doesnt want me to have one becuase shes afriad ill talkto strangers and give them my phone number and address and stuiff.,...which i totally wont, i just want one to keep in easier touch with my friends. i would set my profile to private anyways. and i could have my older [19,21,24] cousins as friends. i dont know. i want one, but im trying to work up my courage to tell my mom. i know how to be safe. i REALLY WONT talk to strangers....really....im 13 and in 8th grade.

ok, so i downloaded aim 6, the old version, u were able to do a little trick by clicking on someones name to show the time they log on and off , in other words to monitor them when they go on and off....
sooo is there a way to do this neat little trick in aim 6? It seems to be difficult now there is the option of getting messages when ur offline...
