My bro deleted the history in the brower and i need to know what he was doing in my computer.

You cannot. The history is just links, when they are erased they are gone.
However, the URL sources of all the files in the Temporary Internet Files are recorded. You can check the recent domains accessed there. He probably didn't think of deleting all the cookies.

there is a way to view the cache and pretty much every picture ever viewed online on that computer or something.
