1. Real Estate
2. Vintage antiques (Like original gramaphones, dolls etc.)
3. Hummel Figures
4. Fairly new electronics (laptops, tvs, computers in good condition, video game/consoles).
5. Some jewelry has done very well (Italian watches, gold necklaces, etc.)
6. Event tickets do very well (football games, etc.)
7. Nice cowboy boots
8. Musical instruments

And some of the absolute worst stuff to bring in...
1. random baseball cards
2. comic books (unless their mint, rare or signed).
3. old toys.
4. clothes (although fur and leather jackets do well)
5. LPs, cd's, video tapes.
6. Really old computers
7. Homemade artwork

Anyways thats my experience with it, good luck.

You need to locate a source to buy from. You will also need to decide what sells best and when to sell or not sell certain items.

eBay is nothing but a open market place that sellers sell there items and buyers look for the bestdeals.

Do a search on neBay and get the feel as to what is selling and what is not doing well. this link is a very good one to always see what is hot sellers on eBay;

http://pulse.ebay.com/

The eBay Pulse contains several dynamically created lists showing popular searches, stores, products, and more. These lists are a great way for you see what is hot in the eBay marketplace.

Refine by category
The various lists on the main eBay Pulse page provide an overview of the entire eBay marketplace. You can also use the drop-down menu at the top of the page to refine and filter the lists to show content for specific categories on eBay.

Popular searches
This list is based on actual searches performed by eBay users. It's a great way to see what people are looking for across eBay or within your favorite category.

Popular stores

Popular products

I my self am a seller on eBay. Don't think I'll ever become a Power Seller, but I do sell well and every mont is a OK month.

Good luck on eBay

I sold scuba gear for a good profit, electronics, clothes, a car (got much much more than Carmax was offering me) and silver and gold. You can make money on just about anything, but the most in what is "in trend". For instance, the week before the Pope died I could not sell this Pope book I had...then he died and it went for 15 dollars the next listing. Find trends like that and you'll make a mint.

Well that depends on what you have. Personally, I know that my mom goes around to Thrift stores and buys good pairs of jeans to sell on eBay. She actually bought a pair for $3 that ended up selling for $700.

What do you have? I got bored one weekend and pawned off a few ice skating competition dresses from when I was little on eBay and made almost $1000. Jackpot. All that **** you think people don't want is exactly what they want.

Depends on what you have available to sell. Sell what you have the most of.
