i tested my online speed and it said 668.4 kbits and 83.6 kbytes is this good? i got verizon dsl

I have Verizon DSL also and get about 720 down and 208 up. Some speed is dependent on exactly how much trafic there actually is on your particular line, some times in the day you may get better or worse. your up load does seem a bit low, try the test again later to see what you get and make sure you don't have any background programs using the connection when you do as this will slow down your results (things like anti-virus auto updates, windows auto updates, etc.) If no background programs interfering with results and you can not get better, I would certainly contact Verizon to see what they have to say. Is your Internet speed at least what Verizon promised it would be?
Is your Internet speed adequate for what you do?
If the answer to both of these questions is "yes", then your Internet speed is good.
