Is the home computer just your's or do you share it with the rest of the family like wife and kids? If that's the case, then it might depend on the website's content rating if the parental controls have been turned on on your home computer.

If it is a family computer and you do have the parental controls turned on the best sollution is to create a user account for each member of the family with the parents having Adminstrator accounts that are Password protected and the kids having limited accounts, which can be left un-password protected. Then, using the administrators accounts you set the parental controls for the kids accounts.

You can also set it up so that kids limited accounts can't see anybody else's data files, but that the administrators can see everybody's files.

Do you have any toolbars (yahoo/google/ect...) that may be blocking the pages? Also check your security settings on your web browser (and firewall). You may be blocking java or active content that this particular page needs to load properly.

Try deleting your history and passwords and stuff. Sometimes that stuff interferes with you network. Check you firewalls or your network limitations.
