Okay, I have index.html divided into 3 frames, 15%/85% rows, the top being the banner for my site. Then I divided the85% in the same ratios, the left being the sidebar...
Lol, what I am asking is that I want the very top frame (banner one) to be a picture, but how can I assure that it will look the same on all browsers? Also, the frame sizes change, won't my picture be displayed wrong then? Here's the source...

How do I change the background and stuff? Also I want to write alot on my space....like on the main page where the pics and background is.
