'Enternet' ?
Then, Daniel Ott is the owner and founder of 'Enternet Solutions' - devoted to researching political truth, unexplained mysteries, scientific advances and the supernatural.
If it is 'Internet', you are asking about, then it is Tim Berners-Lee, the man who founded the conceptual basis of the Internet back in 1990. He is soon to be given a knighthood.
This 48 year old English man, currently living in the States has been credited with 'services to the global development of the Internet'.
Tim Berners-Lee is currently working in the USA as Director of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), an international industry consortium jointly run by MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory in the USA, the European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics in France and Keio University in Japan.

Al Gore was the one who set it up and said that emails shall be free. Bush tried to stop him until his mother told him he wouldn't beable to talk to her if he said everyone has to pay. George said 'Yes, mother.' So young George said nothing and that is why we have free emails to talk to mothers.
