Hold down Ctrl, then scroll using your scrollwheel. If you don't have a scrollwheel mouse, go to View on the menubar, choose "text size" and set it to be larger. If it still doesn't change, just copy and paste all of the text onto a word processing program like Microsoft Word, then set the font size to be larger in the program.

If you're using Internet Explorer, go to View (usually found at the top of the browser), then Text Size. You will see a drop down box with different text size options.
