Usually, I would press F8, but upon doing this, my computer prompts me on boot priority. When I select the HDD, it boots normally. It's a built computer--Asus M2N-SLI mobo, Athlon 6000 CPU, Hitachi deskstar 320 gb hdd, evga 8800 gts. I want to boot in safemode, how can I do this safely?

Normally, you'll never know who has seen your profile, but there might be an "Application" out there that lets you know who has seen your profile lately.

I want to be able to see who all has seen my profile, and if there are any particular frequent visitors, so does anyone have that sort of application, and/or can they link it to me, please? Thanks.

Hi all,
I want to automatically open a telnet session through a batch script. The user name and password should also be automatically supplied by the batch script. After opening the telnet session it should execute a set of commands on the telnet server/device. I have tried using some batch script but it opens a telnet window. This is not my objective. I hope there should be some way by which we can suppress the telnet command/run it in the background.
This is very urgent for me and my expertise in batch programming is novice.

I've got some homework for my Excel for Engineering class, and I'm stuck on how to finish it. It consists of three sheets. The first one has you enter in the name of the hard drive, the size of the hard drive, and the price of the hard drive. I then have a macro set up to a button that adds this information to a list of all the other hard drives entered, and calculates the price per gigabyte for that particular hard drive. So basically every time you enter information for a new hard drive the list becomes one row longer.

My question is how do I make a macro that will automatically take every entry in the list from the top to the bottom, and graph the price per gigabyte of each one. It also has to keep updating the graph each time another entry is made to the list.

I have only used the macro recorder in Excel, and don't know how to program VBA; however, if you can give me exact commands I do know how to cut and paste very well.

I live in the college dorms where we have a weekly bandwidth limit, but am barely in range of one of the school's wireless hot spots where we have unlimited bandwidth. Is there anyway I can boost my laptop's range so I can connect to the wireless internet?

Additional Information: My laptop has an internal wireless card. It's an Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG card if that helps.

Also, I do have the passkeys to connect to the network, so that won't be a problem.

..."farther" than pixels are even smaller lights, like RGB colors

My question is, are these RGB "background pixels" full, solid, and all perfect, or do they have minor imperfections, but are too small to notice/affect the actual image produced by the monitor (the one you see from 2/3 ft. away?

My toolbar (the one that's at the bottom of the screen with the computer clock on it) takes forever to load. How do I remove some of the icons from it so that it loads faster? Like I want to remove the quick time, real player and launch outlook express icons that are down there. But I still want to be able to use quick time and real player tho, so I don't want them to be completely disabled or uninstalled from my computer. I still have the icons I mentioned on my desktop and I do want them still on my desktop, but I just don't want them to load or appear on my toolbar. I hope that wasn't confusing? Can anyone give me instructions on how to get them off the toolbar?

I'm trying to use Facebook and you need your JavaSCRIPT enabled and when I go check if it's enabled it says it's enabled!!! And when I go see if I have the latest version of java it says I do!!! So now on Facebook I cant confirm when someone adds me!!! What do I do???
