I keep getting pop-ups and when the web pages pop up, they say "cannot find website" or something, however, its that screen that makes you refresh when the page doesnt load.

Download an Anti-Spyware, Anti-Virus and a Pop Up Blocker software and install it on your computer...
You may also want to check the Internet Options.
