You won't find that all in a single motherboard. You're looking for old and ancient meets the jet set on a beer budget. It won't happen.
You could skip the SATA. Or you could get the SATA but require a more current processor.
The power supply should be fine with either choice.
My baby server has an Asus P5VDC-X socket 775 in it that is about as close as it gets. It has an AGP 8X AND a PCI X slot but only operates at 4X instead of 16X mode for PCI X. It can use DDR or DDR2. It can use SATA type ONE only or UDMA. Asus has halted production of these particular units. They were released in April of 2006. You may be able to find some on Ebay or yahoo shopping.
If you are seriously interested I could sell you this board at a very attractive price, but I doubt you will ever be happy with that rig as your primary system. I use it for a system that is a dedicated proxy server/photo/music server that I can run Linux on. It's solid for that. It struggles to a 3DMark06 in the low 1900s. With that video card you'd get better results but it won't ever be a power house.
Here's what I'd suggest for you on a bargain budget:
Get the video card you selected. Get a Intel 920D which is AWESOME for overclocking for $19 more.

Get the corsair RAM for $9 more.

Skip that hoakie PSU and get the following case AND 450W PSU from a contender, not a pretender. This is a B-Stock Case meaning it won't be particularly pretty. It has slight imperfections in appearance. It'll get the job done for performance though.

You'll spend $19 more on the processor, get a case and spend $8-10 less on the PSU, Spend $8 more on the RAM, and have a much better system. You'll also have tons of mobos to choose from that will work well for this setup.

I hope you are not planning on buying that processor new. Socket 478s are old, and Pentium 4 in general is last year, and you can get much better processors for the same price.
It will be hard to find a Socket 478 motherboard just because they are so old. Also, it will be harder to find PCIe and DDR2 motherboards which are Socket 478, because not too many were made before the next generation CPUs came out.
Edit: Don't mean to talk out of the Q/A format, but the Asus P4V8X-MX will not support the memory you posted.

Its getting harder to find 478 sockets anymore. Your video card is not available there. This board I have found has a 1 x AGP8X (1.5V only). so you are going to have to check when you get a card to go in here.
This is the board> Asus P4V8X-MX Socket 478 microATX Motherboard, VIA P4M800 Chipset, Supports Intel Pentium 4 Processor, Serial ATA, DDR333,,,,,,,,Part Number: MB-P4V8X-MX
and here is where to find it> http://www.directron.com/p4v8xmx.html
It says out of stock but I check back in a week or two and find they have it again.

Try Abit Mboard. So far it has exceeded all my needs for gaming, media, graphic, speed, expandibility, and operating environment. And the best of all, its still cheaper than ASUS!!!
