how do i make it so that it requires a password to open my mac mail on my macbook?

I recently bought a gamepad for my computer games and the connection is like one of those you connect to the printer connection or whatever on the back of the computer. My laptop's back blue connections are too small for the gamepad's connections so are there any adapters I can use so I can connect my controller or anything like that?

See,I recently purchased this hard drive and I transferred some of my photos to it already. My only problem is sometimes, when I click the off/on button, it takes a while to recognize whether it be I am turning it off or on. I will click the button and it would require me maybe another click for it to turn off.

Is there anyone else out there, who owns a Lacie 500 GB external hard drive, that happens to have the same problem? And if so, what did you do about it. I don't want that I will have to replace it, or have it repaired by the manufacturer, because I already transferred so many pictures on it. It cost me a lot of money also, because of the country I am in right now.

If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have some personal pictures on my computer and I need to know how to install a password so that no one can look at them. I am talking about the pictures that you save on Your Documents. I just took my computer in to the local computer shop, which im never going to do again, so they could fix my DvD drives, now i got it back and my sound keeps skipping, I use my computer mainly for gaming and music/video editing, having sound that constantly and randomly skips just wont do, and i really dont want to take it back to that computer shop, so does anyone know how I can fix this? I went through the trouble shooting tips, and none of them worked

I can't figure this out. I am using a Pic 16F627A chip. PORTB is connected to 8 leds in series with a 120ohm resistor. The red end of my 3 v power supply is hooked to pin 14, the black end to pin 5. The short end of the leds are connected to pin 5.

It does absolutly nothing. Please help me!

PS according to the MPSIM software, this works correctly, it loops around and should output stuff in the leds.

Is it possible to overwrite a CD-RW that I burned songs onto? Can I delete burned songs? Or do I have to overwrite? Or is neither possible? I dont know any technical language, so if someone could explain to me about CD-RW's in simple terms, that would be great!!!

Ok.

1. Let's say you have 4 squares. You want to place them at a certain spot on the page, but spaced EVENLY. I have actually seen someone put 1 square in 1 place, 1 in another, and seen them use a command that automatically places all the shapes evenly between the two.

2. I have a rectangle. I am trying to place 3 other evenly sized rectangles inside of the first rectangle. I tried to just do it by hand, but it was very annoying, and I now that there should be some sort of simple command, or something that helps with this task.

3. A lot of the times, in these Photoshop tutorials, they will tell you to draw a rectangles (x) pixels high. Is there any way to easily know how many pixels you are using at a given time? I know there is ctrl + r for the ruler things, but I don't know if that is measured in pixels or what.

Ok this question is may be hard to answer. Do you know of the game Audition? It's a computer dance game. Well if you do you, you can save the replay of a dance you did and it goes into a folder onto your computer. Well the video file to it is .arp and I want to watch this video and/or play it on Windows Media player(since I have windows media player). But it said that Windows Media player could not play the video file because it is invalid. So how can I play the video without the file being .arp? Can I change the file somehow? If so, how?! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
