The software company went out of business so cant get new disks. Could buy equivalent current software for $500 so this is the dollar limit. Have complete Pentium 1.7GHz system to transfer to.

♥we were going out for almost two weeks .. but he says they just wernt exciting .. i feel like crying .. i really liked him .. and he liked me .. but he said the first couple days were exciting .. but not any more .. he still wants to be freinds .. but i wanna b more than that .. and he still comes to my house like he used to .. but its just not the same .. hes not a bad person .. he just wants to be friends and idk what happened to us but idk .. i can still b friends w/ him .. and hes ready for anything .. i think he just thaught i wasnt ready .. and i wasnt because i havnt done anything like that with anyone ever .. i just dont know what to do .. and yes if your wondering i am young .. but i really liked him .. what should i dooo ?????

I posted this a few minutes ago and people asked for more details, so I got them.

My computer will, at a somewhat predictable interval (about after 5 minutes of being up), come up with an XP-style blue screen. The error message at the top varies between four or five different ones.

Sometimes it will restart automatically, sometimes it won't.

When it comes up again, the Windows error form thing comes up and sends Microsoft an error report - it then takes me to a screenw here it gives me two pieces of advice: update my video driver or slow down my hardware acceleration. There is no update to my driver, and I've slowed the acceleration down as much as it will go, but the problem persists.

The problem especially seems to happen right when I try to change my hardware acceleration.

I have an active full replacement warranty on her.

The computer is a 9-month old Toshiba P35 3.5GHz, with XP Home edition. I have absolutely no problems with her until four hours ago. Any suggestions?

I am going to buy a new PC. But I have some problems with choosing parts. I am having problems with choosing the right processor and motherboard. I have already done up the graphics, sound, RAM, hard disk, ROMs, power supply, cooler and other parts. I am into gaming, graphics designing, music making and Half-Life 2 Modding. My dad was (talking) about gettin me a laptop. But he didnt say whether for sure he was getting me one. But the other day I recieved a thing in the mail from dell saying "Thank you for choosing dell." The inside said"in addition to offering you our gratitude, we're also bringing you limited time discounts on top brand-name accessories and ect...."

The inside just contained codes for savings of 20% and 10% off along with codes for accessories and electronics.

I want to upgrade my ram but can't match what's already installed.

Can i remove the existing moduals and fit 4 new matched ones.

I've got 2 x 128MB PC600 (non ECC) RDRAM Rimm and i want to install 4 x 256MB PC800 (ECC) RDRAM Rimm.

Whould this work if not why not, which numbers/ speeds would i have to match to make it work/ compatible with the rest of the system.

I now RDRAM is very expensive to get hold of but i don't want to change the entire system, as although it's 4 years old it's got, 2100Ghz Pentium 4, 200GB dual hard drives, DVD & CD writter, USB 2.0, and firewire, surround sound and Nvidia 7800GS graphics card. And to replace now would cost a lot more than just the ram upgrade.

The only other think i would consider is a motherboard swap but this is quite involved and it be hard to match all the excisting componants.

iam using avg7 free antivirus edition in my system . recently my

my avg antivirus cant healed this virus saying that selected object
is located inside the archive and cannot be deleted

i also used norton antivirus 2005 software . but it says there is no virus threat

also adaware & spybot search & destroy which iinstalled previously had vanished.

three files namely recycled,system volume information ,thumb present suddenly in all my drives.i also cant remove avg antivirus after removing in add/remove prog .how to remove this

i run all these antivirus & anti spyware in safe mode . but
it remains same. i need u tell how to -overcome

I just got a new graphics card for my birthday, but I can't install it because my computer's card is embedded. It's an Intel Extreme Graphics Card, Version T2862. Does anyone know how to remove it? Thanks! P.S. My motherboard is PCI and the Intel website didn't say anything on removing it, just on how to update it. (I know you can remove it. You need to flip some switches on the card or something, I just don't know which ones I have to do)
