Um, hate to break this to you but it sounds like you have a browser hijack object messing things up for you. The way these work is that if you mistype a URL or if you go to a url that has a delay to it redirects you to their search page.

Go to Start>Search>search all files and folder... search for a file called "newdotnet.dll" this is the heart of the infection but deleting this won't do the trick it has bits and pieces all over your system by now. You should download and run the following:

Spybot http://spybot.com
Adaware http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5

check your inteernet settings. if you see a button that says Default click on it. Also this page may be saved on your computer and you maynot be actually connected to the internet. so check your internet connection. If theses ideas dont work contact your ISP (Internet-Sevice-Provider)
