Looks like you could use some help. Youve already trying some of the basic stuff so lets skip right to the more advanced steps.

1. Since you've got a trojan you need a trojan remover right? Go to www.ewido.net and install ewido. Update it and boot up into safe mode. Scan and see what happens.

2. If ewido didnt work, go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and run their online scanner. You could also go to www.mcafee.com , www.bitdefender.com, and www.kaspersky.com and find their online scanner for removal.

3. If this does not work, get onto another computer and burn adaware's and spybots installers onto a cd and try to install it. If it doesnt work , you can either

A. Spend about $100 and get a professional at best buys geek squad to help or you could just reformat your computer which means wiping everything on your computer and making it like it was when you bought it. You will have to install all your programs though.

Good Luck!

maybe i can't help you, but leaving the trojan in the vault,of AVG..and will stop it from doing anymore harm.. sometimes you can't delete a trojan because its on a file you need 2 run your comp.. but i trust AVG.. i haven't had a hacker get in yet.. now with Norton and Mcafee, i had hackers more times then i can count.. and as you found out, Norton isn't doing what its suppose 2 do 4 you.. and Norton, is hard on your comp.. i don't know why you are finding it difficult 2 remove AVG.. it should be easy 2 do that.. bummer eh
