I have a home built Pentium 4 2.8ghz machine with 1gb of ram, running windows XP. Whenever I try to play a video file (most often an XVID file), the computer locks up and freezes. This occurs in windows media player, VLC, PowerDVD, and any other player I've tried. I've tried updating my codecs and my video card driver (ATI Radeon 7500) but that hasn't helped.

I try to download messenger at work and get the following: XML_getcurrentlinenumberdynamiclink library xmlparse.dll. Come up. Then the down load continues and I receive CoCreateInstance for the myyahooDLLfailed. What the heck??We had it before and when my company moved this is what started to happen. My boss is getting frustrated also because we have no clue as to what happened. Our computer guy came in and rehooked our computers up and since then no messenger.Please can someone help me? Maybe give me some ideas as to what is happening?

First the facts: I am running Windows XP Pro on a 3.4 ghz Pentium 4 with 1.5 gb of ram and have allocated the max virtual memory on my c drive, 2 gb on my d drive, and 1 gb on my e drive. I frequently use utorrent, in addition to McAfee running in the background. After about a day or so of frequently dloading content (multiple gigs per day at 100-150 kbps). It appears that my memory gets occupied and after a day or so, tasks like playing mp3s or watching mpegs become noticeably bogged down (skips). However, after restarting, the problem is fixed (I suppose that this purges the occupied memory). Are there any programs/recommendations out there to alleviate this process? (Besides getting rid of any of the aforementioned programs) Thanks

I have a form within a database I just created. I have the form writing to a table to save the data.

How do I make the form go to a blank record once I hit the "save record" button? This action writes the info to the table, but stays on that record.

Also, how do I make the form open on a blank record, rather than the first record in the table?

I haven't even begun to delve into macros, which is what this is sounding like it's leaning towards. Any help is appreciated.
