I assume you mean burn a cd or DVD. You will need a cd burner and and burning program such as Nero or Roxio. They will have different choices fo different types of disks (audio, data, video, etc).

Nero is the best, for DVD and CD's
you can make VCD,DVDS,Mp3,data etc.

Generally a Lighter will get it going, I find that a butane torch is much more effective..... :-)
