You've cought something. It could be a virus too.
Do not click on those pages.
Run an anti-virus software.
Reinstall your spyware removal program. If these does not help then:
Update the definitions of your anti-virus and spyware remowal
Install another program.
p.s. do these as soon as possible before some of your files become corrupted
Best luck

You should NEVER click on a window. A lot of the time it isn't spyware on your computer that causes that window ... it is just a pop up that wants to infect you with a virus.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
download firefox for free:

You have picked up a virus that pretends to be spyware.
It warns that your system has viruses and leads you to a website offering to remove viruses for a fee.
However, it is the virus.
I recently had one similar. Mine called itself SpyQuake. It sounds like yours is the same, but with a different name.
I used updated Norton's Antivirus to remove mine. I also used Lavasoft's Ad-Aware and SpyBot Search and Destroy to remove remnants that were left in my system.
You can get a free trial version of Norton's from Yahoo.
http://downloads.yahoo.com/security/index.php
You can download free versions of Ad-Aware and SpyBot here:
http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3405-8022-5153545.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5
http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=lst-0-1
If it left a "Protection Bar" on your browser, you will need a free copy of "Hijackthis" to remove it. Be careful how you use it. Do not attempt if you don't know how. You can ruin your registry. Contact me for help.

hi, the 1st thing this is not true .. but its a AD-ware
its look like the true messege , when u click on it go to the website.
but to make sure that u r clear from any of this file i advice u to use this program :
Webroot Spy Sweeper 5.0.7 Build 1608
http://sales.webroot.com/downloads/registered/links/sspsetup1_60786.exe
serial:
SSEF-RETL-AAAB-FZBG-JUIA
scan ur PC and DELETE all what u find there.
maybe it will ask u to register "buy" the program , SKIP it , it will work fine.
