What PVR software will work with a Sabrent TV tuner (SBT-TVFM)?

I'm wondering if there is any pvr software, linux or windows xp (preferably xp) that will work with a Sabrent SBT-TVFM with the Phillips SAA7130 chip.

I haven't found any PVR software that will work. They have trouble displaying the video

Any would work, Linux and Windows XP both use standard driver framework for tuners. If the tuner has a driver, any PVR works.
