My new name is Marcey Van Fossen. I changed my name in my profile, but when someone receives an email from me it still says it is from Marcey Ayers (my old name). How can I get it to show my new married name Marcey Van Fossen when emails are received? The name that I set my email up with was Marcey Ayers, but now that I'm married I need it to show Marcey Van Fossen when emails are received from me from my email address: thatgirlred217@yahoo.com

My very first laptop was a Sony vaio. When I decided to upgrade it, I got another Sony vaio. Now it's time for an upgrade again, and my husband asked me if I had considered buying a Macbook at this time, as oppose to get a Sony Vaio TX. Any suggestions? What are the advantages of having a Mac? Is its Operational System more efficent than Windows XP? Is it simpler to use than another computer? What about picture and sound quality? What happens to my from word and excel documents? I appreciate your comment.

I've downloaded Limewire many a time, I love how easy it is to use but it keeps loading up upon start up and then won't close, even after going into options and omitting the start on start up. Very frustrating! I have to tell you up front that I am in no way a computer geek, I need it to as simple as possible.

Okay, i am kinda having trouble with my myspace. i want it NOT to be set to private. how do i do that. i know that i go to account settings and it says "set profile to private" and i didn't check it. then i try to type in my address thingy. and it still says that the profile is set to private. i want my friend to see it. my friend doesn't have a myspace. so how do i let my friend see my myspace if she doesn't have a myspace?

The problem started some time ago, originally I thought I didn't have enough ram or I needed a faster graphics card but that didn't fix it. Here are my computer specs:

1) Pentium 4 2.0 Ghz
2) 1.5 Gig Ram
3) 80 Gig HD
4) Windows XP Sp2
5) Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT

I suspect the problem is due to some program I installed. The symptoms are that programs and processes on the computer signficantly slow down WITHOUT a reduction in Ram usage but the CPU is running at nearly 100% usage... this is exemplified when I try to run any video media file where the video is choppy. I usually do a lot of 3d animation, using Blender in particular... but I've tried uninstalling it but it doesn't make any difference. I have done the following in summary:

1) Virus and spyware check
2) Registry clean and defragmentation (used several programs that not only clean the registry but clean up all the junk files lying around the hardrive)
3) Defragmented the HD

None of these have worked.

There's this site I always access but I get a "Server not found" error on my PC. It seems the IP doesn't resolve in my PC, but when I try to access the site on other PCs, I could browse through the site. We are on a LAN and sharing connection. I tried refreshing my IP, releasing and renewing to no avail. Any advice would be helpfule.
