I dont think I can name all of them right on the spot :P
Here are some that I think you will want to try out
CTRL + W =Close browser
CTRL + Z =Undo (for word documents and yadayada)
CTRL + Y = Redo, incase you wish you didnt press CTRL +Z
CTRL + X =Cut (again, the usual yada)
CTRL + A = Select All
CTRL + C=Copy
CTRL + F= Find (for in a broswer. For example, you are reading a loooooonng article, and you just need to find a sentence with cheese in it)
ALT + F4 = Same as CTRL +W
ALT + TAB = Really neat! Just try it. I don't think I have to explain it. Just have to windows up : )

Can you be more specific about the keys you are referring to? Usually the F1 key is the help key
PrtScn key is print screen. It takes a snapshot of what is currently being displayed on your monitor
ScrLk key is a remnant of the old IBM PC days. It really doesn't do much other than scroll through screen by screen instead of line by line. It's use is dependent on software nowadays.
Pause/Break key is another old key which does not have much use these days. It was designed to break from programs running or during the BIOS. It still works under your BIOS and interrupts it.
