I have a file vidoe file with extension DivX of size 718,160KB which was copied from a DVD. I want to burn Video CDs for this. When I tried burning with nero express, it has analysed the file and reported that the file size is 1252 MB and proper blank disc need to be put. I need to burn 2 CDs for this size file. Can some one guide me how I could do this ? Also advise me of any free downloadable software to divide the file in 2 parts. Thanks in advance

They're at about 3 to 4 ghz right now. How fast will they be in 10 years from now? 10 ghz? 20 ghz? How long before they are in the Terrahertz? LOL When the first IBM PC came out in the late 70's/early 80's, it was 4 mhz! Think how long ago that was, and now they are almost 4 ghz.

Will HDD size affect temperature on it? I know RPM has a big impact to make HDD hot. But is there any difference between 80G and 40G? I want to upgrade my Laptop's HDD, but the old machine is not good at heat issue.

I'm asking this out of pure curiosity. :) Does anyone other than myself still have, and use, a Macintosh running OS 9.2 (or lower?)

I have a G3 iMac that doesn't have enough memory OR hard drive space to "comfortably" upgrade to even the oldest OSX. Basically, if I did, my Mac would run as slow as a snail AND I'd only be able to have about ONE program open at a time, otherwise I'd risk a memory-related crash. I can't operate like that! Hence, I can't upgrade to OSX .

Of course, I also have a great multimedia laptop running Windows XP, so it's not like I'm "stranded" with a dinosaur. *chuckle* I use my laptop for certain important things, but I still use my Mac desktop for certain other things that it's still great at. For example, I have Adobe Photoshop on there, and I use that program a lot for both biz and personal use. I also have some truly classic Mac games on there that I love!

Anyway, if you have an OS 9.x Mac, for whatever reason, please stand up and be counted! :)

Whenever I turn on my comp, and go to the task manager there is a program named ".exe" (with nothing before the . ) and my anti-virus programs have detected it to be dangerous. I wish to get rid of it but it still keeps starting up whenever my comp turns on again.
Does anyone know what this file is exactly and how to get rid of it? Once again, it simply appears as .exe in the task manager processes.
