i have an id in rediff.i can't open my account.my password and id are abso.perfect.the pop-ups r not blocking the site.i have to check an important mail.what's the prob?

Be cool... Try after sometime!! It sometime happen in rediffmail! If could find no way of getting thro'.., try rediffmail customer care link, which could be in their privacy policy link in the main page!

hey if u hav installed any firewall software or anti-virus softwares tat may monitor ur browsers and web-pages, means pls get into tat software, try to locate the browser or website actions it does. find the rediff.com and make all its activities to be allowed. i faced the problem in rediff is, i can login but cant read or chk or post mail. it wil say " ur session is over..."something like tat. then i checkd my firewall software and antivirus softwares...

If you have a Yahoo address, you need to contact them and let them know what problems you are having. They might be able to unblock it from their end. http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mail/cgi_feedback

u must check ur capslock is on...sometimes it makes it...as u have entered wrong pass word and new beta mail...is also sad it takes more time...so u can keep trying ...and again check ur password....iit must have been hacked...

may be u have not open your account for a long time..
it might have got expired..u don't have any alternate e-mail..?
