I read about many accounts of people not getting their rebates and their rebates mysteriously getting rejected. Anyone had an eprience with Emachines? Please tell me if you got your rebates or not cuz im considering to buy one.

Oh yes definitely true that emachines rebate offer is a total scam. I purchased a desktop from office depot with bundled rebates totalling 370. dollars. The only rebate that I recieved was for 20.00. All of the reasons for denying my other rebates were bullshit. Funny how I did the same thing for all of them (a huge mass of red tape by the way) and only got the 20 dollar rebate..... Save your money buy from a reputable company.

eMachines are pieces of junk. The whole system of them is garbage... You want quality, get a Dell (though they are going downhill fast). Or better yet, get an Apple with the new OS... compaq is garbage too. Most of the pre-bundled comps you find in electronics stores are garbage... Even Gateway went to pot.

Emachine is not a good computer, Period. You are better off with Dell or Compaq

it works fine. if you dont know how to take care of it, then its your fault people. never experienced with the rebates but if they dont give it to you, call.
