Ok so I turned on my laptop one morning, started playing some music on my iTunes and the volume was all messed up! I have everything up to it's max (on screen and on the actual laptop) and I can BARELY hear my music! It's not JUST that though, it's with EVERYTHING i.e. Websites, music videos, etc. What's going on and how can I fix it!!!

I opened my LG DVR box and inside is a standard Seagate 80 gig ATA hard drive. I tried to plug it into my computer and my system hangs on the drive check even when I unplug all the drives and try to boot from the floppy - I know that the drive is fine since it works ok in the DVR.

The reason I'm going through this is that I want to see if I can copy the movies onto my computer and burn on DVD's using my authoring software which will use less compression - the LG software jumps from 120 min to 250 min format and most movies go from 120-130 minutes max, so that's a lot of lost resolution for nothing!

Hope someone has some REAL constructive ideas about this. Anyone who's not really technical or doesn't know, don't waste your time, this is a techie issue!

There use to be an old program installed with computers that you can play with images. For instance you could make a skinny guy fat by using the bubble section, or make a fat guy skinny. Or you could stretch the lips and give them a big mouth. Anyone know of that program or something similar that is free?

Before I got my own wireless router I used to connect to WLAN from one of the access points in neighbourhood which had become default.Now everytime I switch on my WLAN it tries to find the earlier default 1st.How can I change the old default to make my access point as the default one?

I run adaware, I have spywareblaster and I have avg anti-virus. I run all of them all the time. When I run yahoo anti-spyware it bring's up Limewire as adware. We just installed Limewire about a week ago. I've heard so many bad thing's about Limewire. None of my other programs except for yahoo spyware bring up Limewire as adware. I'm sure to most this is going to sound like an odd question but I have to ask anyways.
