actually you cannot delete the bulk folder, just press the empty button to delete the file saved in that folder

I do not think you can. I believe it's a folder you have to keep just like your inbox folder and your trash folder, it's not something you can get rid of. Sorry, if this isn't much (or any) help, I know this isn't what you wanted to hear.

I don't believe you can. You can empty it by clicking the Empty button next to it. Also try switching off junk mail filtering in the preferences and see if it goes away; I wouldn't want to myself.

Even if you could delete the folder, the spammers would get to you somehow..

you dont need to delete your bulk mail foulder...
in fact you cant....you cant delete your trash foulder, inbox foulder and bulk mail foulder...
its handy to have bulk mail foulder otherwise you would need to delete those spams everyday... its usefull... why do you wannna delete it
thats a fight against all the spammers. you should use it and encourage others to use it...
to delete all the emails that are in bulk mail foulder you should click empty next to it...
