on ebay i start the listing for my thing at $1.00 and no body wants to bid until the last minute so i was thinking of making up another ebay user and using it to bid on my items to get the prices up. I know it's possible to make a mistake and end up buying my own item but i am confident that people will bid on it. DOES ANYONE EVER DO THIS? IS IT AGAINST EBAY POLICY?

I have an old etower. when I click the game icon on the start up screen it has four games, three of them will work the fourth will not. When I click on it I get a window that says. This program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down. I have a restore CD that came with the machine, but I don't know what will happen if I put it in. Will it overwrite or delete some files I may not want to lose? Will using the CD fix the problem?

When I click on run, it says that the publisher is unknown but gives me the option to run or save it. I've done both and it won't open! What the heck is going on? How can I get this file open? Thanks ya'll!!

Purpose: I need to use PHP and MySQL to build a web site with fairly sophisticated features including but not limited to session securities, traffic tracking, database support, and latest ad handling features.

My background:
1. Never programmed PHP or MySQL or Java, but, for 10 years, have done large commercial projects using Perl, HTML, Javascript, Oracle (RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL), C/C++, X-windows (core stuff), etc.
2. Knows UNIX environments well, but not Windows or NT.

Would prefer books published within the past year. Interested in web sites with good training materials as well.

I have a spreadsheet, and it will be updated manually.

I want to make it highlight the row if the database(in column),that is already exist, are entered.

lets say I have 160 rows filled with data.
I am entering new data starting row 161.

If the value F161 is same as any of F values, I want that
row highlighted.


Please help excel experts!

all i wante 2 know is abt the grounds on which xp is better, so that i can utilize its full features.

i got a new pc, it is p4(3.06), 1gb ram, 256mb pci xpress graphics card, 250 gb, asus p5gpl motherboard, asus dvd writer & i ve 3 xps installed on it,

It's disconnected but I physically cannot figure out what's holding it in place. There is a sliding green bar and it slides back and forth but doesn't seem to disengage the drive in either position. The set screw is already removed.

I cannot receive e-mail from a friend, because I made a mistake and clicked on spam, instead of clicking on delete. I need to hear from this person, due to health reasons. I have gone to many resouces, and they do not have an answer for this problem. The senders e-mail is blocked due to my mistake. When I received the e-mail in question, there was an attachment. A window poped up with the message saying, this attachment cannot to seen,due to it's contents. The sender, is upset, and thinks the only way to e-mail me, is to change her users name.This would be a problem due to all her other family and friends that she e-mails. I hope that we can find a solution to this problem. Thank you for hearing me out.

I've seen them several times before, offers for free computers or laptops, provided you watch a certain number of paid advertisements a day. I was thinking that it's got to be possible to simply leave the adverts running while you're in the shower or in bed, or if you have to click them along while you're reading or chatting online or what have you. Does anyone know anything about these offers, or have a link to a page that is giving them away?
