When someone sends me email, in other than html, all I receive is a blank message. I have to click "reply to" and change the format to HTML to be able to read it. Is there something I can do to have it arrive in readable format? Thanks.

I run active directory and when add a New user with name "Reza" report this :

Windows cannot creat object Reza because :
Unable to update password. The value provided for a new password does not meet the lenghtT complexity or history requarement of the domain

who can help me to fix this?

Being a new PC user, I find myself in trouble in Japan because the language my computer uses is Japanese. Saving, Printing and so on are functions I need now and then, but since the instructions are given in Japanese I can only play lotery with the options I click on. And now, after having by mistake deleted a DVD, I thought I should look for help from Yahoo! Answers. I run a scp -r command from hp unix box to a NT box (which I don't hav access to) to pull pdf files down to unix. there are bout 300 file in the dir where i pull them from. scp pulls about 20-30 of them and then says "stalled 0%". it does not stop on the same file. I also tried tar'ing all the files, gzipa nd then scp'ing the one file down but still the stall occurs. any help is appritiated.

I am ordering 10.000 visitors traffic campaigns to my website at all the time ,the problem is that my counter and statistics only show me a few hundred visitors.When I make the question to the traffic providers they say that the counters dont show the real thing but i still have doubts.There is any other way to check if they are sending the traffic?In any case they can sell cat for rabbit and we cant do nothing.
