When I turn on my PC speakers there is a lot of background hiss which gets a bit worse when I use the the mouse. This is the same when I use my headphones and it hurts my ears! What do you think is wrong? Is it to do with my soundcard? Any advice please?

lately there's a notifier on my computer which keeps on asking me to pay the service. according to this notifier, i've signed up for a 3-day trial of the popcorn.net and i didn't cancel during that period so now i'm obligated to pay for their service for a year membership. in the terms & conditions that it shows me, i find out maybe s.o just makes use of my computer to sign up for this, 'cos i've never signed up for this. moreover, this trial is for people from the age of 18. i'm even not 18 yet. i just dunno how it could be installed on my computer. i've tried to change the date on my computer to cancel the trial, but it was no use. in the term they didn't show how to cancel it. It was just crazy. they said the notifier would run on my computer and appear more frequently until i pay. someone just please help me!!!!
