Best and fastest way to delete temp files is to use a little sofware called ATF Cleaner. It's free for download.
Another one is C Cleaner, which also resolves registry issues.
Both are free.

Yes. From IE toolbar, click on tools > internet options > general tab. In the middle of the dialog box you will see "temporary internet files". Click on delete files. When it asks if you really want to click on yes/ok.
You can do a more thorough cleaning by clicking on start > programs > accessories > system tools > disk clean up. Put a check mark by everything and run it. It might take quite a while so be patient. You can also do a disk defragmentation from system tools. This could take several hours depending on size of hard drive and how longs it's been since the last defrag.
Your computer should run a lot faster and smoother after disk cleanup and defrag.

yep!! go to add/ remove programs on your control panel, easy as pie or go to tools @ the top of your screen click on it go to Internet options, there you will see where you can remove them. good luck
