Can someone please tell me what this new laws says about being a 20 yr old(or younger) driver and not being able to drive with passengers younger than 20... or something like that. Can some please tell me what it actually is and where I can find this information?

I am so sick of people driving like they have no sense of common courtesy what-so-ever.
Do you let people in who are trying to merge?

Do you waive the "sorry 'bout that waive" to someone you accidently cut off?

Do you wait to switch lanes when you notice someone comming up in that lane fast?

If you dont do these things...then I'd love to meet you face to face someday...to give ya a fat puch in the mouth...make you swallow yar pearly whites!!!

in the widnes area or around the area it is for a two year old child a lot of places are out of stock and i cant seem to get one, some places are too dear,and up to now i have to take my son to nursery on the bus, but it means leaving my home very early in the morning as i have to go to work, if i can get a chair my dad will pick me up an hour later.

Following on from a previous questiion, My car only has lap belts only at back,the manufacture of car don't do a retrofit a normalseat belt or supply a suitable seat Grrr. But I want to put little one in a seat withh a 3 point belt. (6yr old, not small either ) I've been to the normal shops and webb sites but can't find a seat tha'ldo the job. Legally I don't have too but I think the lapbelts are a bit dangerous in an accident so want to to sort.
any help, other than sellthe car!! appreciated.

We hear a lot of argument both for and against the effectiveness of roadside speed cameras, both sides claiming that the devices have or haven't saved any given number of lives.
What I want to know is this - how do they measure the effectiveness, or otherwise of each camera and where, if anywhere, is this information recorded?

Given that statistics can be formed to prove just about anything you want (99.5% of all statistics prove this), is there a sure-fire, definitive way of stating whether a specific camers is or isn't doing what it's supposed to do (ie slow traffic and save lives, or just generating revenue for the police and other authorities)?

Statistics show that women are far safer on the road as drivers, and yet men persist in stereotyping women as bad drivers. I had an incident yesterday which has really upset me - a man accusing me of making a mistake in his opinion and then calling me a bl**dy woman driver. Luckily a witness saw the incident and said that I had done nothing wrong - and this man was just driving too fast and was out of control. How do I get this awful man out of my head and get over the upset?

What do you think of these ads? I'm confused by them. Are they trying to appeal to (sell cars to) dumb*ss people? Or am I missising something (the people in the ads seem to get into the wreck because they aren't paying attention to the road - busy paying attention to their passangers)?

I just bought this 1992 Honda Accord 2 door car from a dealer worth $3200 plus cost of repair $560 last Aug 2006 (mileage was 153K). Now I found out that Im pregnant and I know that when I resell this car the price would be really low since everybody was saying that the dealer really ripped us off about the price.
