i mean if you are the right of someone and someone is to the right of you...and so on...that rule wouldn't really have an effect if you think about it....there would be accidents

If you have a 4 way stop with 4 cars at the same time, look out, because everyone wants to go.

With three cars, the two that are going to pass each other at the same time should go, and the odd one should wait, regardless of the "person on the right" law. It's common sense.

with two cars, the guy on the right goes first.

Assuming the people spoken to do not form a circle and have people on the far right, maybe that is supposed to mean first in regard to any 2 people beside each other, so all the people on the far right go first? Even interpreting it your way, if some people are on the far left, they do not go first.

The question falls on who arrived at the intersection first . . .

If in doubt . . .

the person to the left must yield to the one on the right . . .

but I suppose you could get three of your friends together . . .
and all show up at a particular place at the same time . . .
and sue each other in small claims or Judge Judy's court . . .
because you all had the "right of way"!
