Can someone please tell me what this new laws says about being a 20 yr old(or younger) driver and not being able to drive with passengers younger than 20... or something like that. Can some please tell me what it actually is and where I can find this information?

A simple Phone call to DMV will answer your Question and most
Driving Handbooks will contain what you are looking for....do not
trust the Out House Lawyers for an answer that might have you
looking at a big fat ticket........cheers.
