I dont like taking the subway because i hate when there are delays and the train is stuck underground for mins. or hours, i get a little claustrophobic.. is the metronorth a lot more comfortable and do they too get stuck in between stations? Sorry but I have to take the metronorth and this is going to be my first time.. thanks for all your help

Someone had said in a responce to someone elses question about a job in the railroad that "you will know someone who will be either killed or seriously injured" not exact wording but same message. Sounds scary. I am a somewhat clumsy maybe goofy at times type of person who cannot make quick decisions based on "common sense" so would you recommend that I stay away from a career like this?

While I was on my quad in the wash, I noticed on two different rail road bridges, there is this pipe that goes along track, and when bridge ends, the pipe continues along the track. I seen it twice. Pipe is like 6 inches in diameter. This is a Freight only track.

u know them long american steam trains the ones with the tall and big funnels, they had cowcutters on the front of them, they use to burn wood, that they kepted in them tenders. usualy had 3 massive front wheels and two smaller ones in front of them,
