hi. i'm off to work for the AA in a few weeks as a road side patrol. does anyone here work for them, if so whats it like? if anyone here is a member, what was the service like?

I was told I'll need an connector/adapter for my taillights because the blinkers are seperate from the taillights and it could messup the comp. it's a 1994 2wd Nissan P/U trk. as it is the regular connector plug will only allow the trailer lights to come on but not show brake or blinkers when applied.Any facts on getting around the purchase?

Im 27, I have 3 kids,10,4,and 6 months and I am terrified to drive! Before the baby I did not mind bussing it everywhere but now I have to take a car seat and a stroller. The 2 older ones are in different schools and they both play sports. Im tired of being on the bus more than we are at home. I try to take the kids out as much as I can and they love the bus but Im really tired of it. Any tips on how to get over this fear????

My dad is making drive his car; or what i like to call it the beast. Which scares the living day light out of me, I have no idea why. I have always been afraid of it. One reason why is becuase its manual. I have only driven once, I understand the whole changing gears. I just get confused witht he clutch. Do I have to keep the clutch pressed down the entire time or only when I change gears. Any tips would help.

Monday morning on the way to work a skunk ran from the grass at the side of the road just as I was passing and committed vehicular suicide. Yesterday another one tried but came from the opposite side of the road and couldn't get under my truck in time, so I guess he had to wait for the next car to come by. This morning an opossum tried to stand still in the road in front of me but I was able to avoid him. I am just wondering why these animals are so determined to end their lives.

Any of your own stories about this topic are welcome.
