Take the MRT and alight at Bukit Batok Station. West Mall is on your left after exit from fare gate.

West Mall located next to Bukit Batok MRT Station..but where were you from?(which part of Singapore?)

Its easy, you can take a cab for ur convenience or take a train to save some $$... Take the train to Jurong East, then switch to the centre train and alight at the first stop (Bukit Batok). West mall is located there.
