hi. i'm off to work for the AA in a few weeks as a road side patrol. does anyone here work for them, if so whats it like? if anyone here is a member, what was the service like?

i think that you should go for it, it sounds like a really good thinbg to do. i locked my keys in the car and they came out and got them out for me.
they are very nice men

I don't work for them but have had excellent service from the AA. So you will have a very high standard to live up to.

AA is Alcoholics Anonymous. I think you meant AAA. Don't want to get that wrong on the first day.

ive got membership and the majority of patrols ive encountered through work are okay blokes but as everything else you do get the odd know it all tosser

I knew someone who worked fo it, as for the job its up and down. sometimes its really busy and sometimes its chilll. I don't know about the service though.
