when someone cuts me off

I of course use it when i get frusterated with people but I have found that i use it most where I live because there are a lot of blind curves and I slow down and honk a couplke of times as i go around them and i know at least twice it has keept me from getting in a accident one car was going so fast around the bend that he just missed me and ran off the road himself. I stopped to see if he was OK and he said Thank God I blew my horn so he had a chance to slow down .... I can't imagine that he was going even faster

My horn is suposed to be for an emergency/warnign thing. But most often mine is used for scarring small road side animals or parking lots full of birds. Very fun to watch them fly away scarred, taking a dump on whatever is unfortunet enough to be underneith of the birds at the time of being startled.

Usually to tell someone that there is a car here (we live in a largely retirement community and some of the older folks pay absolutely no attention to traffic, pulling out and making us slam on our brakes. Possibly they just don't have the visual acuity anymore).

When someone is driving too slow in the fast lane, when someone cuts me off and occasionally when I go to pick up friends and I don't feel like getting out of the car.

I have a simple rule. If I have to hit the brakes, then you cut me off and I'll probabily flip you off. If I need to stomp on my brakes (enough that the coffee beside me will spill if I didn't have a lid on it) then you get a good dose of horn as well.

I hardly ever use my horn. Basically the only time is when somebody is just sitting at a green light.

When the driver in from of me is playing with the radio instead of watching to see that the light has changed to green and all the cars in front of him have already gone thru the intersection.
