I have a Hornet 600 at the moment, fits fine but I'd like a bit more grunt. I've been riding under a year and the Z750 would be my third bike (after BMW F650 and Hornet)

Hi, I want a bike for recreational riding. My state has some interstates, state hwys and local streets. I want to be able to drive into Baltimore (20 miles away) and be able to keep up with city traffic and a traffice on a state hwy which is 55mph. I will rarely go I95. What should I get? What size and why.

Asume your wearing jeans and proper boots or riding footwear. The make or model of the motorcycle should not matter..And, asume you are the driver not, a passenger....

I like HD motorcycles but they are so outrageously expencive. Some people say because they are made in the USA and since the labour costs here are much higher then abroad the company has to offer their products with a higher price tag. That is not necessarily true though since a lot of the parts are not even American and are just asembled here. So... what's the deal - why the price of a Harley is equal or even higher in many cases than the price of a car?!?

I've always liked formula car racing and love the leather jackets with all of the sponsors patches. I've found some very nice jackets, but they are made for motorcycle riders/racers. I would take the liner and armor out and just wear it casually with jeans, because I like the look. My concern is that people will constantly ask me if I race or ride (which I don't) or that the jackets are made for riding only, not to wear casually.

I'm looking for an enclosed scooter or motorcycle, preferable one with a safety cage or roll bar already built in. I would be more than happy with a motorcycle or scooter that did not have a cabin, but did have a roll cage and seatbelts to protect the rider in case of a lay down.

I'm only 5" with short legs. I also have a fused left wrist so it doesn't bend. I've always wanted to learn to ride a motorcycle. My family either has dirt bikes or Harley's but I have an old bicycle with the brakes on the pedals. Should I just not even think about it at this point with all my injuries>
