If you are wearing "proper" riding footwear nobody could see your socks. Motorcycle boots come up about half way to your knee.

So many people say proper gear. when most of you wear sneakers, shorts and a tank top.If your running over to see some friends and bs for a bit sure break out the riding gear race boots, armored jacket, and gloves. Get serious people if your gonna do some real riding then sure suit up. But #1 thing you shouldn't care what other people think about your socks,if they are worried about what you wear ,size, shape color, then they ain't worth the time of day.
Just be comfortable and use "your"judgment on what to wear for the style of riding your doing. Unless your in full armor your clothes ain't gonna save you.
Be safe and ride on.

Black socks is all I wear with jeans and boots. It's my normal attire. Shouldn't matter, as you can't see through my boots. The underwear, if any, is usually white because sometimes you can see through my jeans. The holes, anyway. Position on the bike matters? I'm always the driver. Haven't been a passenger since I can't remember when.

Style?
DILLIG..?
Ride what you like, wear what you want.

If I were not wearing boots, so anyone could see my socks......I guess black, it would not show the dirt from putting my feet down when I stop.
But because I wear boots( it adds to the protection my socks give my feet) I don't even care if they match.

Are you kidding me ??? I can't believe thi\s got any actual answers. If you are wearing proper footwear as you said, no one would even be able to see your socks. Proper footwear being boots. Roadrace boots, Motocross/supermoto boots, or even work boots.

I wear white and grey Harley socks...but you can't see them cuz my boots cover my ankle and then some. Who cares what color socks you are wearing...riding isn't a fashion show.
