I have a standard estate 307 ,but need three separate seats for my three children. Is it realistic to swap the standard rear seats with some out of the SW version. If so how do I remove the rear seats. If I can do this I probably won't need to buy a new car so it would b well worth a go!

I have a 206 that has intermittant problems starting. the engine turns but does not start. Yesterday it made an awful sputtering noise when I tried to start it. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? The engine is a 1.4LX petrol engine.

I've been looking at all the relevant webistes, and I've found the Peugeot 306 1.4 surprisingly cheap to insure, pretty much on the same level as a lot of smaler city cars/hatchbacks, such as the Ford Ka, Fiat Punto, and the like.

I certainly like the look of the car, and it's no doubt better to have a crash in than, say, a clapped-out Fiesta. Plus, the extra room would probably come in handy when I'm a free taxi service, so to speak.

I know that French cars have a reputation, and I've done a bit of reserch on this thing, as someone who keeps tabs on the happenings of the car world, so what's your opinion/experiences on this car?

It's turning over but the engine just won't start. I think it's been demobilised. How do I get this car re-started?

Can hear it mainly when turning into our drive. Wondered if this was a stock fault & how expensive it is. Steering joints? Power steering?

Yeah, odd for an American to need to know that, but I do. Could you give city and highway ratings?

I can't get my snooper S3 Neo radar detector to pick up satellites, this maybe because of some heat reflective windscreen peugeot uses. Has anyone else managed to get one of these working in a Peugeot 307?

I have travelled to Asia and saw Peugeots that were quite nice cars. Why don't they sell their vehicles in North America? It's really a shame because they have some innovative car concepts and the cars have decent fuel economy.

I have a Peugeot 106 Diesel with a TUD5 engine and MA5 gearbox. Almost every time that I select second gear the gearbox crunches before it engages the gear. It only seems to happen when the revs are above idle speed and only happens in second gear.

The thrust bearings are noisy on the clutch but I am not sure if this is related. I think it may be a worn gear cog but was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and how they fixed it.
