It's turning over but the engine just won't start. I think it's been demobilised. How do I get this car re-started?

disconnect the battery for about 30 secs, then reconnect it. That will reset the EMC.

you may have to take your key to peugeot to get the immobiliser codes in the key and car re-synched.Look around your manuals the code is normally put in there.

try turning key on and of about 21 times then on 23rd time try turing engine over
