My monsoon sterio system did not come equipped with XM can I Equip it some how without using an fm transmitter? It does not have a tape player either. I actually want to control the xm stations on the stereo and just be able to get there using the band button. just as if it had come "xm ready". Is this possible. I hope someone knows how because I am getting frustrated

I have a 620 W amp and it has been great until about a week ago. I had two 12", 4 ohm subwoofers hooked up and then all the sudden all the power went away. So i unhooked one of them and wired the amp and sub for one sub, and all the power was back. Then i did the same with the other sub, just by itself, and it worked too. So i tryed to bridge them both and all the power went away again. I cant figure out y my amp can only work with one sub now, even though i have always had it with two. Can someone please help.

It was working for awhile then while driving, suddenly all my speakers just stop working. But I can still see my CD player running, so did I blew a fuse or are the wires that I connected interfering?

Bought a used prelude with a new Alpine stereo. AM station is distorted, paricularly when the rpms increase. FM reception bad in general. Auto antenna.

Is there a way to beef up the reception and clarity?

i bought an aftermarket stereo for my car and there isnt enough power at the dashboard wires to power it so i had to run a lead straight from the battery to power it but i loose all my preset padio stations and all the setting on the stereo every time i turn it off not to mention the fact im petrified of accidentally leaving the switch on and my battery going flat,does any one know how i can get the stereo to wire in normally is there anything i can do?

Ok here's the question. I am trying to decide what subs and how many subwoofers I should put in my car. So my question is what would be better or be louder, two 12in subs rated at 1,000watts rms each or five 12in subs rated at 450watts rms, or four 12in subs rated at 750watts rms?
