Apparently it's a clue that it has previously been written off, but we didn't find out this til we had the paper work that he should have kept to send off to inform the DVLA of change of owner, and got the car home. It's category c, apparently happened 2ce in 4mths in 1995- we looked it up on the internet, this means it was seriously damaged and repairable, but not worth repairing. What do you reckon? Should it be fine? OR should we be wary?

I've got someone buying my old car today. He'll be using it as a parts car, so he won't be driving it. What do I do to the title in order to transfer it over to him? I've never sold a car before, so I have no clue what to do. Thanks for the help. :D

I'm going to the dealership tomorrow to test drive and get some numbers. I'm not planning on buying it tomorrow but I would like to get it sometime next week. What are some areas I can focus on to get a better deal? I have a car I want to dump as a trade in. Realistically it's worth about 1500. I have a feeling they won't want to give me that much for it. I don't want a huge DaS fee but I don't really want high monthly payments either. If he offers a 36 month lease, would I get a better deal if counter-proposing a 48 month? Any tips, tricks, or things to consider (even a website) would be helpful. Thanks!

I just brought a Honda Civic LX 2006 from a Honda store in SF. They have the car for about $17,500. But when i was working with the dealer buying it, they said it will be $21,500. I was like WTF? They said they wont earn any money if they do it that cheap, but i manage to bring it down to $20,200. I also brought a 4 year extend car serviese. End up being like $24,500. I put $2000 down payment and going to do $391/ 6 years. Did i get rip?

I am a college student and will have a car on campus next year, so I want to start looking now. My parents are going to pay some, but it looks like 20k is my max price (excluding tax/tags/insurance). I will have to pay some out of my pocket.

I am driving a 95 Nissan Maxima, but am about to donate it because it is such bad shape.

Bascially if I could have any reasonable car right now, I would want an Infiniti G35 coupe. From what I have read/seen, the car sure is quick and it looks great doing so. The only thing is, my local listings rarely get below 21k and if so, the G35 has 65000+ miles on it.

I would like to stay with AT, and have the option of the +/- shifting. What car do you recommend with my info above?

Second, how is the Mazda RX-8? Thanks!
