Does anyone know what the tax, title and license fees are for a new car purchase within the city of Chicago?

Either the actual dollar amount or what percentage is charged for taxes, title and license. Thanks!

Do you really want the correct answer? Call the DMV in Chicago explain what you have and they'll quote you the exact amount due.

liscense is 78....think title is 75....and tax is whatever the sales tax rate is for area...not sure in chicago. If you are getting loan for the car it can be rolled into that.
